Para isto será melhor espalhar a farinha, fazendo uma cova no centro e colocar aí o fermento. Para amassar o fermento retire a farinha da periferia para o centro. Amassa-se muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Tiram-se bocados de massa do mesmo tamanho e fazem-se bolas, que se estendem com o rolo até ficarem circulares e planas, com cerca de 10 cm de diâmetro.&lt;br /&gt;Barra-se muito bem cada círculo com manteiga e polvilha-se abundantemente com açúcar e um pouco de canela. Sobrepõem-se vários círculos uns por cima dos outros. Deixa-se levedar durante 3 horas coberto por um pano de lã. Comece por bater a margarina com o açúcar e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;2. Junte a raspa de limão e os ovos, um a um.&lt;br /&gt;3. Junte o leite e as farinhas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Deixe descansar 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;5. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Então aqui vai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;No centro, juntar couve roxa e maçã reineta aos bocadinhos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;À volta, completar o prato com alface bem picadinha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Novamente  ao centro, juntar camarão previamente cozido e descascado e nozes picadinhas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Colocar o molho em cima da alface e depois ovo cozido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Molho:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;3 colheres de sopa de maionese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;3 ou 4 colheres de sopa de natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;um pouco de ketchup para dar a cor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;e temperar com sumo de limão, sal e pimenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Juntar tudo muito bem e já está!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 266px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Jz9axN_gPUo/SUeZCAeXneI/AAAAAAAABLQ/DIXzIUSuZV8/s400/Empanadilhas.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A receita e foto não são minhas, mas nesta época não podia deixar de publicar esta receita, afinal, na minha Tavira, Natal que é Natal, tem mesmo de haver empanadilhas na mesa :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recheio: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;750 g de batata doce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 g de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;raspa da da casca de 2 limões&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 colheres de chá de canela em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mistura-se a batata doce com o açúcar, a canela e a raspa de limão. Rectificam-se os temperos em função do gosto de cada um. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Massa: 1 kg de farinha de trigo, 1 cálice grande de aguardente, sumo de 3 laranjas, 200 g de banha, sal e água.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Peneira-se a farinha para um alguidar, faz-se uma cova ao centro e deita-se a banha derretida, fria ou morna, o sumo das laranjas e a aguardente. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misturam-se estes ingredientes. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Amassa-se muito bem com a ajuda de água morna temperada de sal. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sova-se a massa de modo a esta ficar macia e fina e começar a fazer bolhas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rectifica-se o sal antes de terminar de amassar. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tapa-se com um pano e deixa-se descansar 15 m antes de tender as empanadilhas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nota: começa a amassar-se com 0,5 kg e só depois, de forma gradual, se vai juntando a restante farinha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sobre uma pedra de cozinha estendem-se bocados de massa, tendo o cuidado de a deixar muito fina. Coloca-se um bocadinho do recheio sobre a massa e corta-se a empanadilha em forma de meia lua com a ajuda de uma carretilha. Fritam-se em óleo quente, deitando por cima colheres do referido óleo para que elas levantem. Moem-se separadamente. Num tacho introduz-se a água, o açúcar, a canela, a raspa de limão, a erva-doce e o chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se ao lume até formar ponto de estrada *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junta-se a amêndoa moída, mexendo sempre e deixando ferver durante 5 minutos. Seguidamente adiciona-se o figo moído, continuando a mexer e deixando ferver mais 5 minutos. À parte, polvilha-se uma tábua com açúcar, despeja-se sobre ela a massa e deixa-se arrefecer. /&gt;Pimentão&lt;br /&gt;Açafrão&lt;br /&gt;Rum&lt;br /&gt;Água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No fundo da panela de pressão colocar um fio de azeite, cortar duas cebolas às "fatias" e três ou quatro dentes de alho moído.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar o frango já temperado com o sal, a pimenta, o pimentão e o açafrão e deixar alourar.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar meio copo de rum e meio copo de água.&lt;br /&gt;Fechar a bacalhau!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Num tacho, colocar azeite e muita cebola às rodelas (pode optar-se também por cenoura ralada).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Deixar a cebola ficar lourinha e colocar o bacalhau desfiado e demolhado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Deixar em lume brando até ficar lourinho e já sem se notar o azeite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Num tacho à parte, fazer puré de batata, que para "desenrascar" serve muito bem o instantâneo, desde que feito com bastante leite e bem temperado com sal, pimenta e noz moscada!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Juntar o puré ao bacalhau e adicionar gemas de ovo à descrição (eu por cerca de 500 g de bacalhau ponho três).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Colocar num tabuleiro de ir ao forno e com mais um ovo bem mexido, cobrir toda a área de forma  a gratinar!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;É muito fácil de fazer e bastante Escorrer bem o óleo do atum e colocar na frigideira. Juntar um pouco de polpa de tomate, misturar bem e deixar cozinhar uns minutinhos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Juntar as natas e assim que começar a ferver novamente já está! (Nunca se deve deixar cozinhar as natas por muito tempo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Escorre-se a água da cozedura da massa e junta-se tudo.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Bater bem até ficar em castelo. Juntar umas gotinhas de limão (que ajuda a criar consistência) e já está. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Na bandeja do forno ou noutra qualquer (claro), em cima de papel vegetal, colocar a massa fazendo "montinhos" com a ajuda duma colher, na falta de saco de pasteleiro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Depois basta colocar no forno (com a temperatura não muito quente), previamente aquecido e deixar até ficarem "douradinhos". &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Confecção:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Lave e limpe o polvo. Corte em bocados regulares. Entretanto, pica-se as cebolas e os dentes de alho bastante finos. Deita-se o azeite e um pouco de banha num tacho, deixando aquecer um pouco. Juntam-se o alho e a cebola, deixando refogar bem. Junta-se o cravinho, o ramo de coentros e o tomate pelado e desfeito, deixando refogar um pouco. Junta-se o polvo, um pouco de água, e tempera-se com sal e pimenta, continuando a cozer. Quando o polvo estiver quase cozido deita-se o arroz, um pouco de vinho branco, água, e mais coentros picados. Fiz, experimentei, e simplesmente adorei-a!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff33;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt; 4 Latas de Atum &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;1 Lata de Tomate Pelado (Se for tomate da horta ainda melhor,é só escolher os mais maduros e tirar-lhes a pele)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;1 Cebola Grande&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;4 Colheres de sopa de Azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Sal e Pimenta q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Azeitonas Recheadas q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff33;"&gt;Para o Puré:&lt;/span&gt; 2 Pacotes de Puré em Flocos (se puderem fazer puré tradicional nham nham!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Leite q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Sal e Noz Moscada q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;4 Gemas de Ovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff33;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt; Corta-se a Cebola em gomos junta-se ao azeite e leva-se ao lume.Deixa-se alourar. Junta-se o atum escorrido com os ingredientes ao gosto e por fim põe-se o tomate escorrido. Entre 5 a 10 minutos para o sabor apurar. Faz-se o puré segundo as instruções da embalagem e junta-se 2 ou 3 gemas.(Há quem ponha mais..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Põe-se metade do puré num pirex, pondo de seguida o atum por cima espalhando uniformemente, pondo por cima o restante puré. Pincela-se com gema de ovo, enfeita-se com azeitonas e leva-se ao forno. MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_Jz9axN_gPUo/SDGOARHYDvI/AAAAAAAAAmU/jUN8kwzyxu8/s400/Sapateira.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Depois de alguns aninhos de adaptações, a minha receita de sapateira recheada é agora assim :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;1 Sapateira (pode ser viva ou congelada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;1 ovo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;alho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;cebola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;maionese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;mostarda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;cerveja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;sal qb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Se a sapateira estiver viva, "aniquilar" a bicha com vinagre junto aos olhos (se for viva para a panela as patas soltam-se, para além da barulheira que faz dentro da panela quando começasse a sentir o calor).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Leva-se ao lume a sapateira já morta, ou congelada (que também não está viva, claro está), numa panela preferencialmente alta com água e bastante sal, depois de levantar fervura deixa-se a cozer cerca de 20/25 minutos se for fresca e 30/35 minutos se for congelada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Num recipiente à parte pode-se começar a preparar os restantes ingredientes para o recheio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Corta-se 1 ou 2 dentes de alhos muito bem picadinhos, um pouco de cebola também muito picadinha e um ovo cozido também bastante picadinho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Depois da sapateira estar cozida, abrir por baixo e retirar tudo, à excepção duns "filamentos" pretos (que não são comestíveis) e juntar bem picadinho ao preparado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Agora que já temos a sapateira junto aos ingredientes, junta-se maionese, um pouco de mostarda e um pouco de cerveja. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Massa quebrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Atum em lata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Espinafres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Molho Bechamel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Cebola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Azeitonas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Então é assim....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Forra-se a forma de tarte com a massa folhada (igual a todas as outras tartes!!!!) :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Coloca-se o atum, depois de retirado da lata e escorrido o óleo, de forma a fazer uma camada e tapar o fundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Segue-se uma outra camada, desta feita, de rodelas de ovos (previamente cozidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Coze-se os espinafres em leite e sal, escorre-se bem e com eles faz-se mais uma camada da tarte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Por cima, colocar uma camada de cebola cortada em rodelas muito finas e finalmente uma camada de molho bechamel.(Pode ser de compra!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;As azeitonas (preferencialmente pretas), para além de darem um sabor especial, servem essencialmente de decoração.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Vai ao forno o tempo unicamente necessário para cozer a massa e.... já está!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Uma boa salada faz sempre parte da ementa, independentemente se há acompanhamento, ou se a salada é mesmo o prato principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;A primeira salada que eu fiz na minha vida foi uma cópia igualzinha à de uma que eu costumo comer muitas vezes numa pizzaria em Torres Novas chamada "Di Napoli"(que eu acho que é altamente recomendável). A salada é simples e rápida de fazer, e dá para pôr montes de ingredientes ao gosto de cada um.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Ingredientes : Atum &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Salada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Tomate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Vinagre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;1 dente de alho (por pessoa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Azeitonas (sem caroço)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;1 ovo cozido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Meia cebola (por pessoa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Sal q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Preparação : Lavar muito bem a salada e o tomate, depois cortar a salada às tiras e o tomate às fatias. Pôr as rodelas de tomate na base do prato (em forma de flor). Misturar a salada com o atum (pôr bastante atum), e pôr por cima das fatias de tomate juntamente com as azeitonas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Agora vamos ao molho que para mim é o segredo (sem grande segredo)desta salada. Pica-se o dente de alho o mais pequeno possível, e num bole ou tigela adiciona-se o azeite e vinagre (ao gosto de cada um) com a salsa, cebola e alho, tudo picado. É importante fazer uma boa quantia de molho e ao servir, regar muito bem a salada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Pode-se dar azas à imaginação adicionando feijão frade, cebola, salsa, cogumelos, fruta variada, enfim o que quiserem mesmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Simples e rápido, leve e saudável. E o melhor, é que dá um enorme prazer ao comer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Para acompanhar como bebida, sugiro vinho branco leve fresquinho ou uma bela sangria. Pode deixar-se um pouco em água com vinagre para ajudar a limpar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No fundo duma panela grande, colocar os alhos pelados, o louro, meio limão, o ramo de oregãos, o caldo "knorr" (de galinha)e um pouco de poejo se gostarem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar os caracóis em cima dos condimentos e cobrir com água fria (da torneira, não vale a pena gelarem os bichos) :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levar ao lume, muito brando, para que eles não se encolham dentro das carapaças.&lt;br /&gt;Quando começar a ferver, pode colocar-se o lume no máximo aí sim, por o sal (2 ou 3 punhados).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixar ferver cerca de 30 minutos.... e voilá!
